Mark is that rare intellectual man with a gripping sense of humor. He is organized…almost beyond comprehension, detail oriented and keeps our business in order…a necessity in a real estate practice. His creativity with the camera and technical part of the business is value added to our clients. Mark earned his law degree in 1989 and has been involved in real estate transactions for the past 15 years. His communication and customer service skills are outstanding. He is passionate about doing things the right way and makes that a priority!
Mark is devoted to our family, church, community and country. He has lived in the Detroit Metro area almost 36 years and is intimately familiar with the lifestyle this area offers. Mark enjoys flying, fishing and camping, golfing, history, reading, learning more about what life has to offer and his dogs…Maggie and Gracie. Mark and I share a passion for life, our clients and the desire to help make clients dreams a reality.

She is also active in our community, our church and supports all those associated with her in activities. She makes buying or selling your home an enjoyable experience.
Shelly has always been active in sports, including golf…sometimes to my disadvantage. She also enjoys reading, landscaping and all kinds of music including being a member of the handbell choir at our church. Shelly understands the importance of trust, confidence, integrity and professionalism in our business.
Simply, we want your experience with the purchase or sale of your home to be a relaxed and rewarding. We are all familiar with the stresses created by the process of selling your home. There are similar stresses and taxing excitement when trying to find that perfect home. Our goal is to treat you in a professional and friendly way that creates a desire in you to “do it again”!
How WE Do This?
We are genuinely excited to have the opportunity to meet new clients and help create a positive experience. If you really want to know more about our professional experience, we will be happy to share our resumes. We think most clients are interested in three fundamental goals:
Can an Agent sell my/our house quickly for maximum market value?
Can an Agent help me/us buy our next home at the best price possible?
Can the Agent make my/our experience as convenient, easy, pain free and orderly as I/we hope it will be?
We understand the first two are a given. We know that the third concern is often thought about, but sometimes not fully communicated.
We add a few more adjectives to the process that we are confident you’ll appreciate. We are driven to build a trust relationship that promotes your confidence in us. As you can see from our biographies, we’re as concerned with the human relationship part of our business as we are with the professional and technical competency part of our client service.
So, at the end of the process, our hope is that we represented you thoroughly, professionally; that you are Completely Satisfied with our service. We think you’ll agree that if our passion and sense of humor have made your experience fun and entertaining along the way…that’s a good thing!
